Fiber Optics Field Services

Our fiber optic field service personnel are certified Testing and Splicing Specialists by the Fiber Optics Association of America.

We perform termination, splicing, and repair services for any and all fiber optic cable in accordance with industry standards.

Additionally, we verify performance per EIA/TIA 568 and OFSTP 7/14, and also provide F/O data-link analysis, documentation, and troubleshooting via OTDR, in order to effectively locate faults in the link, identify splice losses, reflections, attenuation, and overall link health.

Once we have identified a problem, Parity Global Fiber Services can provide you with comprehensive corrective solutions from fusion splicing to replacement of ST, SC, and LC type connectors, and work diligently to restore the services immediately.

Parity Global is located in the Melbourne area of East Central Florida, placing us in an extremely strategic location when it comes to responding anywhere in the state quickly and effectively for service outages, or general service & maintenance. Over time and without proper maintenance, fiber patch panels and patch cords can become contaminated with microscopic debris causing networks to bottle-neck and run slowly.

With routine maintenance Parity Global Fiber Services can ensure your network is performing as needed and prevent costly shut downs.

Our OTDR has the ability to view and inspect connectors in the panels from the front without removing or disturbing them. We can also save the digital image for future reference and troubleshooting.

Transmission Line Media Termination & Verification

Parity’s RF Field Service teams are certified specialists in the tuning and termination of all Andrew/Commscope Heliax & Eliptiguide products, Micro-Coax , Times Microwave, all optical fiber (SM, MM, etc) products.

In addition to precision field terminations, Parity will verify performance via Return Loss/VSWR and Insertion Loss measurements when working with copper.

We always tune waveguides and connectors for best VSWR performance.

When on fiber, Parity’s FOA-certified Fiber Cptic Technicians, FOA-CertifiedTesting Specialists, and FOA-certified Specialists will verify performance through insertion loss measurements as per EIA/TIA 568 and OFSTF 7/14.
